Document Preparation and Monitoring Service
Choose this option if:
- For any reason Option #1 does not accept you as a client, or
- If at the end of one year on Option #1 there are still legitimate problems on your reports which require documentation, or
- You require documentation to send out certified, return receipt in the event you may need evidence to use in court of law against a business refusing to comply with Federal or State Consumer Credit Laws.
Please call us at 813-354-4733 with your name and phone number. You may also fax or mail us a copy of your tri-merge credit report (Transunion, Equifax, Experian) for a free analysis and consultation. All information is strictly confidential. This is a custom process and you are paying for the time for us to prepare documentation (usually two to three rounds) and monitoring. Our quote is based upon analysis and consultation.
If you choose this option, you will be signing a custom service agreement and Specific Power of Attorney pertaining to credit matters only. You will be required to sign up for Credit Monitoring (on our site) at approximately $15.00 per month and provide us with the case-sensitive password and User ID so that we may monitor your progress. Additionally, all information you receive back pertaining to your credit accounts must be sent to us within 3 business days via fax or by mailing copies.
This option also entitles you to information on how to develop good credit rapidly and legitmately. Even if trade lines are removed from your report, you need to have three to four positive trade lines reporting. We inform you of our "secret" ways to accomplish this goal.
With this option, you must monitor your credit score. That can be done through True Credit.
Our typical time frame is 100 days. In the event this documentation does not resolve legitimate issues, you have the option of pursuing non-complying businesses in small claims or with an attorney.
